Verification Standards
How registry records, documents, warehouse linkage, and readiness signals are interpreted.
Registry verification
Verification considers registry completeness, ownership context, warehouse linkage, and supporting documents. A verified status means the record has passed platform review standards, not that every market risk has disappeared.
Transfer-readiness
Transfer-readiness is assessed separately from valuation. A cask may look valuable but still be blocked from sale if delivery-order control or warehouse confirmation is incomplete.
Document review
Documents are tracked by type, status, and notes. Missing or unclear documentation can push a record into pending review even when the cask itself appears commercially attractive.
